Description

A friend of mine made one similar to this, so I decided I wanted to make one too! Only took me a day. He is 7" tall (17 cm). My wittle Bill Cipher is made from craft felt, hot glue, pipe cleaners, love, and is stuffed with used dryer sheets. He smells nice. :heart:
