Ugh, I really wanted to get this in before the end of February to say this was my last "Happy Valentine's Day" call. Too bad I got hit last minute with a real bad cold and couldn't finish it on time. T_T

So here's Rue! As requested by to draw all the main TuTu cast, but I have to wait for inspiration to hit me before I can do Mytho and Fakir...

I went with this outfit from one of the DVD box covers. So pretty! Here she's holding a red rose while there's a wilted black rose on the ground. (Twas gonna have it the other way around, but Aki said to have it this way.) ((And this is me pretending this image has symbolism.))

ALSO: As a note, since I forgot to mention it before on Femio, I will mention it now. Another reason I wanted to do the February contest is because my last February contest [link] has been my most popular deviation ever since. Why is it so popular? What about it gets it twice as many faves all the time than the rest of my stuff? I'm not sure. But I just want to thank you guys for your support, and try to support that of which I put effort into.
